3D Printer Pellets

Based on 100% Recycled Marine Nylon™

At 0rCA, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality recycled materials that empower our customers to embrace sustainability. Our recycled materials are offered as pellets, providing exceptional flexibility for a wide range of manufacturing applications. By choosing our pellets, customers can contribute to a seamless cycle of sustainability, reducing waste and minimising the environmental impact of production.

Our three bulk raw pellet products are expertly designed to uphold the highest standards of strength, durability, and eco-consciousness, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of modern manufacturing.

We have three bulk raw pellet products:

Porthcurno is primarily used in homewares, wearables, fashion and other aesthetic products because of its attractive translucent blue/green colour.
Longships is the same source of raw Nylon 6 as Porthcurno but is more variable in colour and darker in hue. It is our base material for compounding and higher volume applications.
OrCA® is a family of materials focused on engineering applications, which can include carbon allotropes, such as graphene or carbon fibres.

Typical PLA

A typical PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable, plant-based 3D printing filament derived from crops like corn, known for its ease of printing, minimal odor, and low warping, making it an excellent choice for beginners and hobbyists. While generally strong and rigid, standard PLA is somewhat brittle and unsuitable for high-stress or high-heat applications, but remains a cost-effective material for decorative and functional prototypes.
