3D Printer Filaments

High Quality 3D Printer Filaments Made From 100% Recycled Marine Nylon™

At 0rCA, we harness the power of innovation to create sustainable solutions for manufacturers. Our filament, produced under licence by our partner Fillamentum, is carefully crafted from recycled fishing nets, transforming what would otherwise be waste into a premium material that combines strength, durability, and eco-friendliness.

By repurposing discarded nets, we actively contribute to reducing plastic pollution and lowering the carbon footprint associated with nylon production. The result is a 100% recycled nylon filament that not only meets the highest performance standards but also offers a significantly reduced environmental impact compared to virgin nylon materials.

Typical PLA

A typical PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable, plant-based 3D printing filament derived from crops like corn, known for its ease of printing, minimal odor, and low warping, making it an excellent choice for beginners and hobbyists. While generally strong and rigid, standard PLA is somewhat brittle and unsuitable for high-stress or high-heat applications, but remains a cost-effective material for decorative and functional prototypes.

Porthcurno

Porthcurno filaments are primarily used in homewares, wearables, fashion and other aesthetic products because of their attractive translucent blue/green colour

0rCA

OrCA® filaments are part of a family of materials focused on engineering applications, which can include carbon allotropes, such as graphene or carbon fibres
